Welcome to the site of Talent2Use, a new company in the world of Interim Human Resources and Talent Development. Talent2Use was founded in the summer of 2008 by Wilma Hanskamp, an experienced HR professional.

Wilma: “Before I took a sabbatical in 2008, my decision was actually already made, inspired by the following quote of Harry Palmer, founder of the Avatar® materials:

“Don’t let what you are being get in the way of what you could become”.

I already felt for a longer period of time that I wanted to use my talents differently. I have experienced that my personal talents were hidden deeply inside me, behind all kinds of impeding ideas and beliefs. Finding this personal talent opened doors for me. It revealed the courage to step out of my comfort zone and to “re-enter” the world. With Talent2Use I support individuals as well as companies on similar “journeys”.

I am convinced that personal talent comes from the inside-out, you just need to get there. And when you are there, it is fairly easy to take responsibility for your own life and professional career from this inner center. Doing this will result in experiencing more happiness and success for the individual, which automatically leads to more success in their companies”.

The mission of Talent2Use is as a connecting chain, increasing the awareness of individuals as well as companies. The power lies in the center of each individual. Identifying, developing and using the employees’ personal talents will lead to more happiness and success for the employees and the company they work for.
