Wilma Hanskamp, founder of Talent2Use, is an experienced HR professional who, after receiving her bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, gained her work experience in the area of Human Resources. She has worked for several medium-sized and bigger companies in the Netherlands and in the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. She developed herself as an effective all-around advisor and manager. During her career she managed several change processes (growth scenarios as well as scenarios of downsizing).

She developed and implemented all kinds of new HR policies in the broad area of Human Resources and Organizational Development. She works as sparring partner of management and from this understanding she knows how to prioritze her actions. She is a strong organiser, has operational power and has the power to translate vision and policy into daily practice. She is an inspirational leader and manager.
